By accessing, browsing, or using the AB Printer website and placing custom printing orders, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this website.

2. Custom Printing Orders

AB Printer specializes in custom-made awards, trophies, mementos, business cards, customized t-shirts, frames, and offset printing. Because custom-printed orders are manufactured to your specific dimensions, graphics, and text instructions, they cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has commenced.

We make every effort to display product colors and materials as accurately as possible. However, the final printed colors may vary slightly due to difference in monitor configurations and standard offset/digital printing tolerances.

3. Customer Artworks & Copyright

When submitting designs, logos, text, or photos for custom printing, you certify that you own all copyrights or have the explicit authorization to reproduce those designs. AB Printer declines all liability for copyright infringement claims arising from images or files supplied by customers. We reserve the right to reject orders that contain defamatory, illegal, or offensive content.

4. Anonymous Analytics & Liking Feature

We value your privacy. We collect only aggregated, anonymous browsing metrics using custom identifiers (`ab_vid` and `ab_sid`) to improve website performance. We do not store or track personal data or IP addresses for advertising.

For our Blogs liking feature, we generate a unique anonymous key (`blog_visitor_id`) stored in your browser's local storage. This is strictly used to check if your browser has already liked a post, enabling the toggle function and preventing duplicate counts in our database. No personally identifiable details are linked to these likes.

5. Limitation of Liability

AB Printer provides this storefront website on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure high availability and security, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for direct or indirect losses caused by website downtime, shipping delays by third-party courier services, or incorrect custom orders due to file formatting mistakes made by the client.
